Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a well established national law firm with a strong Chicago litigation presence.

They're looking for a paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience to join a busy commercial litigation team and take meaningful responsibility across active matters from discovery through trial.

What You'll DoDraft correspondence, legal documents, and case materials with precision across a high-volume docket.Collect, organize, and review records across active commercial litigation files.Manage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery, from collection through production.Support trial preparation including exhibit management, witness files, and courtroom logistics.Maintain well-organized, audit-ready litigation files across multiple simultaneous matters.Coordinate across attorneys, clients, and vendors to keep complex matters on track.

What You'll NeedBachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is required, both is a plus.3+ years of paralegal experience in a litigation setting.Hands on e-discovery software experience.Real trial preparation exposure, not just administrative support.Sharp written and oral communication skills.High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
