For more information, visit us at Job Description 26North is growing its Executive Assistant function and is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the firm's New York office.

This role is part of a collaborative, team-aligned Executive Assistant group that supports senior leadership across the organization.

We are open to junior, mid-level, and senior Executive Assistant professionals.

Scope and level will be determined based on experience, and team placement will be finalized during the interview process, taking into account individual strengths and evolving business needs.

Potential placements include both investment teams and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This individual will be trusted with sensitive information, expected to anticipate needs, and operate as a proactive partner to the executives and teams they support.

Responsibilities Executive Support & Coordination Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and day-to-day prioritization.Act as a trusted partner to executives, anticipating needs and ensuring schedules run seamlessly.Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for meetings, including leadership, investor, and internal meetings.

Team & Internal Collaboration Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent coverage, continuity, and a high standard of support across the firm.Coordinate with investment professionals, corporate teams, and external stakeholders to support firm initiatives and daily operations.

Operational Support Partner with internal teams, including operations, IT, facilities, and human resources, to support executive and office needs.Manage expense reporting and administrative processes accurately and in a timely manner.Support internal meetings and firm-wide initiatives as needed.Contribute to the ongoing refinement of processes and best practices within the Executive Assistant function.

Qualifications Open to junior, mid-level, and senior-level Executive Assistant candidates.Prior experience supporting senior executives or teams in a fast-paced professional environment is strongly preferred.Financial services experience is not required; candidates from other professional, corporate, hospitality, or service-oriented backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands with composure.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and ownership.Bachelor's degree required.Strong track record and demonstrated commitment to upholding our core values of excellence, teamwork, stewardship, integrity, and respect.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $80,000.00 and $150,000.00.

The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate's relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
