Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description
As a Service Technician, you will work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime. You will service commercial buildings, including warehouses, medical facilities, and offices. Key tasks include drywall repair, painting, ceiling tile repairs, and flooring repairs, all while adhering to the company's safety program.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on various items and functions.
Assemble, install, and repair items such as mechanicals, plumbing, carpentry, machinery, structural, roofing, and painting.
Maintain the project schedule, cost, and quality.
Communicate directly with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
Read blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
Ensure all maintenance repairs conform to quality standards, laws, and regulations.
Operate trade tools and maintain an accurate inventory of all materials and tools.
Wear safety equipment and observe all safety practices and guidelines.
Keep required paperwork, such as daily reports, mileage, expenses, and timesheets.Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in general service maintenance.
Basic working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor repairs.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, drywall, and home maintenance.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to climb ladders.
Proficiency with basic technology (email, mobile phones, digital photos).
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between multiple properties.
Proactive and positive attitude.

The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
