General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
2–4 years of management experience in quick-service or hospitality settings
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze data, manage financial results, and drive operational improvements
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Previous management experience with quick-service concepts
Familiarity with systems (Workforce Management, KVS, LMS, People Tools)
ServSafe Certification
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and crew team
Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
Analyze and manage financials, including labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Execute marketing initiatives and foster positive relationships within the local community
