The program is hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply collaborative.We are continuing to grow, improve, and expand—bringing in new partnerships, strengthening our global network, and building on an already strong foundation.About the RoleWe are looking for a Program Manager to help run, refine, and continue building the Venture University program.This role sits at the center of the program and focuses on execution, experience, and growth.

There is already a significant amount built here—this role is about operating at a high level, improving what exists, and helping expand it thoughtfully.This is not an investing role.

It is an opportunity to work closely within the venture ecosystem while focusing on program excellence, community, and partnerships.What You’ll DoProgram Operations & Execution Own day-to-day execution of the program across cohorts Manage schedules, calendars, and logistics (virtual and in-person) Ensure all sessions run smoothly (masterclasses, partner meetings, ICs, firesides) Coordinate materials, recordings, and communications Maintain a high level of organization and consistencySpeakers & Partnerships Identify, invite, and coordinate high-quality speakers Manage scheduling, prep, and follow-up Support and build partnerships with funds, institutions, and ecosystem partners Help bring in new strategic relationships that add valueCohort Experience Serve as a key point of contact for cohort members Support onboarding and ongoing engagement Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment Ensure a strong experience across a diverse global groupAlumni Engagement Actively bring alumni back into the ecosystem Create opportunities for alumni to participate as speakers, mentors, and hiring partners Strengthen long-term relationships and communityCareer Support & Recruiting Support cohort members with career paths in VC, startups, and investing Coordinate introductions with funds, startups, and hiring partners Help connect talent to opportunities and track outcomesDeal Flow & Coordination Support partner meetings, deal flow discussions, and investment committees Track companies, diligence progress, and internal coordinationContinuous Improvement & Growth Identify ways to improve the program and participant experience Build systems, processes, and templates that scale Contribute to new ideas, partnerships, and program expansionWho You Are Highly organized and detail-oriented Entrepreneurial and proactive Strong communicator with a warm, professional presence Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Interested in venture capital and innovation ecosystems Experience in program management, operations, startups, or education is a plusWhat Makes This Role Unique Join a well-established program with a strong foundation Opportunity to improve and help scale something meaningful Work closely with investors, founders, and global operators Help shape partnerships and bring in new opportunities Be part of a diverse, thoughtful, and high-caliber communityWe are looking for someone who takes pride in execution, enjoys building and improving systems, and wants to grow with us long term.
