Job Description
This position is a dynamic high energy position in a boutique, high end New American restaurant.
The preferred candidate must be experienced with using POS systems, (Lightspeed, Breadcrumb preferred) and have the ability to mulitask.
Responsibilities include :
ensuring guest satisfaction on every level for both dinner and brunch services
All aspects of FOH training and staff maintence, including scheduling and team building
The use of spreadsheets/excel to communicate with ownership regarding sales and wine inventories
website and social media posts to be maintained and created to drive sales and customer interactions
handling phone calls and booking private catering
communicate daily with kitchen chefs to keep menus accurate and up to date
maintain all inventories of office supplies
reporting of tips and service staff payroll to the ownerCompany Description
