Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support our team on a part-time basis. This Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting. The ideal Accountant is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries (JEs) throughout the month as an Accountant

Assist with month-end close and ensure accuracy of financials as an Accountant

Generate and review financial reports in the role of Accountant

Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Online

Support general accounting functions as needed

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Accounting

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online

Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Additional experience as an Accountant in a small or mid-sized business environment

Schedule

Part-time hours (flexible based on business needs)
