Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.

Participate in patient care planning and evaluation.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of Maryland.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
