Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Maryland.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
