Partner Track Audit Leader Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical review and quality control of audit engagements across public and not-for-profit clients
• Oversee and mentor staff, developing the next generation of audit professionals
• Drive process improvements and modernize audit workflows and systems
• Partner closely with leadership on client relationships, engagement execution, and firm strategy
• Play an active role in acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and ongoing portfolio support
• Contribute to business development efforts with additional incentive/commission opportunities
Partner Track Audit Leader Qualifications:
• CPA required
• 5-10+ years of audit experience within public accounting
• Strong experience with not-for-profit, public sector, or HUD-related audits
• Proven experience reviewing work and leading audit teams
• Process-oriented with the ability to improve workflows and implement efficiencies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear interest in a Partner-track role and participating in firm growth and acquisitions
