Microsoft Dynamics ERP Solution Consultant

Job Summary

The Microsoft Dynamics ERP Solution Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing payment and treasury automation solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Business Central environments.

This role works closely with clients and cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations, improve payment workflows, and ensure seamless integration with financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of payment solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Business Central environments

Conduct business requirements analysis across financial processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, cash management, sales order processing, and general ledger

Configure Dynamics modules, workflows, and security roles to support payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation

Support system integrations including API mapping, data validation, connection testing, and troubleshooting

Translate business and treasury requirements into functional design specifications

Validate end-to-end payment workflows including authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, and cash application processes

Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics ERP payment workflows and banking integrations

Advise clients on best practices for cash management automation, reconciliation, and financial controls

Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to clients and administrators

Collaborate with internal product teams to provide client feedback and support product enhancements

Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central

Strong understanding of financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, cash management, and order-to-cash processes

Experience integrating payment gateways, treasury systems, or financial services with ERP platforms

Knowledge of Dynamics workflows, financial modules, and security/role configurations

Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and solution recommendations

Strong communication skills and client-facing experience

Ability to work onsite as required and collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance, Business Central, or Power Platform

Experience with payment processing methods such as ACH, card processing, RTP, or wire transfers

Background in ERP consulting, fintech, or financial services integration

Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, or Dataverse

Experience with API-based integrations or ERP extensions concepts
