Operate multiple CNC/NC machines to produce high-quality parts

Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments

Read and follow operation sheets, blueprints, and specifications

Perform quality checks using gauges and inspection tools

Identify and help troubleshoot machine or control issues

Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat We're Looking For

At least 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience

Ability to work overnight shift consistently

Experience with:

Tool changes

Reading blueprints

Quality inspection (gauges, measurement tools)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused Location Requirement

Must live within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY
