Supervisor / Project ManagerJob Summary
The Supervisor or Project Manager oversees field personnel and serves as the primary liaison. This role ensures project execution, workforce coordination, and performance management.Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between supplier and Client
Manage and supervise CO Technicians and Installers
Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and site access
Monitor productivity and workforce performance
Replace underperforming personnel as needed
Attend project meetings and provide status updates
Manage escalation issues and resolve operational challenges
Oversee administrative tasks including system access and reporting
Lead RFC (Request for Change) processes and approvals Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management experience
Background in telecom network deployment or central office operations
Project management experience (telecom preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with workflow systems and reporting tools Work Environment
Combination of field oversight and administrative coordination
Interaction with engineering, operations, and procurement teams
