Compensation: $75-120K

Requirements:

6+ years of experience as an Estimator

Previous experience using Computerized estimating software

Understanding of electrical and low voltage systems

Perform takeoffs (branch circuits, lighting, devices, feeders, small systems), utilizing onscreen takeoff software

Management of vendor and subcontractor quotes for material and specialty systems

High mathematical aptitude

Negotiating skills geared for win-win solutions
