Construction Superintendent (NYC Licensed)

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Construction Superintendent who takes pride in delivering exceptional work — especially when it comes to high-end finishes. This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch role. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader driving the project from pre-con to punch list — ensuring every detail is executed exactly as planned.

What You’ll Do

Own the schedule, coordinate trades and site safety.

Supervise onsite staff and subcontractors with confidence and clarity

Work closely with inspectors, architects, engineers, clients, and city officials

Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship — especially for detailed interior finishes

Proactively solve problems before they become delays

Keep documentation organized and up to date in Procore

What You Bring

Active NYC Superintendent License (required)

Strong working knowledge of Procore (required)

Solid background in construction management

Deep understanding of construction sequencing and high-quality finishes

Excellent communication skills — clear, direct, and professional

Sharp attention to detail (you catch what others miss)

Ability to keep projects moving while maintaining quality
