Job Description:

Technical Project Manager, Delivery management in (Java, Spring boot, Micro services architecture, Policy Administration systems in Insurance

Property & Casualty Insurance, SDLC

"" Have good experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

" Have an overall understanding of the SDLC and manage the delivery across various technical stacks of the applications (Java, Spring boot, Micro services architecture, Policy Administration systems in Insurance).

" Have to plan out efforts, create roadmaps & implementation timelines as per customer needs.

" Report status regularly and radiate risks to Customer Executives and TCS leadership teams.

" Responsible to teach/coach the team and work with offshore team in achieving a common goal, on time, with high quality.

" Have Good Communication and analytical skills.

" Have Good interpersonal skills to work with external areas and vendors as needed for the project.

" Should withstand pressure in a demanding environment."
