Coating Furnace Operator – 2nd Shift Greer, SC

Schedule: 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and monitor furnace loads during the coating process.

Clean, inspect, and maintain furnace and support systems (vacuum, gas, water).

Perform quality checks using microscopes and document inspection results.

Handle materials and track production data using digital and paper systems.

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance under minimal supervision.

Support coating operations across multiple stages of production.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient workflow. Qualifications:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.

Familiarity with machine maintenance and inspection processes.
