What You'll Do:

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead quality engineering efforts across web and API platforms. This role requires deep expertise in automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD integration, along with the ability to design scalable test strategies and drive quality across the SDLC.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright and Selenium

Define and implement end-to-end test strategies, scenarios, and test data for complex systems

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing

Lead API testing efforts (REST/GraphQL) and validate service integrations

Own and lead performance testing initiatives; identify bottlenecks and system choke points

Generate detailed test and performance reports with actionable insights

Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams in Agile environments

Perform database validation and backend testing using SQL

Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in automation and quality engineering What You'll Need:

5+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing for enterprise applications

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium automation frameworks

Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python)

Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks (UI + API)

Strong experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

Proven experience leading performance testing (e.g., JMeter, K6) and analyzing results

Solid experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, REST clients)

Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding SDLC best practices

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Set Yourself Apart With:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

Experience with containerization and tools like Docker/Kubernetes

Familiarity with test reporting tools (Allure, TestNG, or similar dashboards)

Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools or intelligent test automation

Experience in highly regulated domains (e.g., healthcare, government)
