SUMMARY: The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance department personnel in maintaining facilities and equipment to increase efficiency and promote a safe work environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage maintenance department functions and personnel for assigned facilities

Coordinate preventative maintenance with production planning staff

Receive and review requests for maintenance and prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and availability of resources

Inspect equipment regularly to identify current and potential maintenance needs; recommend equipment upgrades or modifications

Maintain records and documentation related to repairs made

Manage work of technical maintenance staff, contractors or subcontractors

Practice Creative Foam's values in a positive manner at all times

Work overtime as required based on business needs and/or operational requirements

Perform all other tasks as requested and required
