Nurse Practitioner Austin, TX

Facility seeks a NP for a permanent position in the Austin, Tx area. The NP will work closely with the Urologist and other physicians. Candidates must have excellent communication, problem-solving, organization and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Candidates should demonstrate good judgment as well as attention to detail while working well with a team. Additionally, the ability to be on call at local hospitals is essential.

Details:

- Urology Experience preferred

- Minimum of 3 years experience practicing as a NP

- Excellent communication skills

- Computer literacy required

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Ability to provide excellent and thorough patient care

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to work well with coworkers

Functions

- Provide diagnosis and treatment

- Provide patient instruction and education

- Patient follow-up in coordination with the Medical Urologist

- Be available to take on-call shifts as needed
