SavvyWise Workforce is recruiting a Multi-Site Construction Superintendent / Construction Project Manager for NHS Management, a leading provider of nursing home and long-term care services across Alabama. This is a high-priority, active role based in Tuscaloosa, AL with frequent statewide travel.
The ideal candidate has strong interior renovation and build-out experience managing construction projects across multiple healthcare or institutional facilities — this is NOT a ground-up construction role.

- Travel: Alabama statewide (frequently) + occasional trips to Arkansas, Florida, and Missouri

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement construction and maintenance plans for each facility
- Manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with building codes and healthcare facility regulations
- Coordinate with facility administrators and NHS leadership
- Oversee interior renovations, build-outs, repairs, and ongoing maintenance programs
- Willingness to travel throughout Alabama regularly and to AR, FL, and MO occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience across multiple locations
- Healthcare or nursing home facility experience strongly preferred
- Interior renovation and build-out expertise (commercial, NOT ground-up construction)
- Experience with drywall, tile, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and flooring
- Strong budget management and cost control skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
