Your role with us:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, the Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing procurement activities, ensuring operations are executed efficiently, policies and procedures are followed, and goods and services are acquired at optimal total cost while meeting quality and delivery requirements. The Procurement Manager will be accountable for procurement performance, including establishing, monitoring and continuous improvement of procurement processes, procedures, and key performance indicators to support strategic goals and drive continuous improvement.

You will bring to the role:

Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership and purchasing roles within a manufacturing environment.

SCMP designation is required.

Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred.

Proven experience leading ERP/MRP transformation, process standardization and optimization initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in international purchasing.

Oil and gas industry experience is preferred.

Experience developing reporting and leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and identify opportunities

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, mentoring, and teambuilding skills.
