Machine Operator - Direct Hire

Our client, in Green Bay area, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the company's commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, aligning successfully with the organization’s values and goals.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range:$21.00 - $23.00 per Hour

Shift: 2nd shift, 3:00pm – 11:30pm (Monday-Friday)

What's the Job?

Set up and operate machines to ensure optimal performance and safety

Perform process inspections to verify parts meet customer specifications

Meet production schedules efficiently and accurately

Operate forklift to handle materials safely and effectively

Promote and adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times

What's Needed?

Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, and disciplined approach to equipment operation

Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support colleagues across shifts and locations

Solid work history demonstrating reliability and commitment

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs comfortably

Willingness to train on 1st shift as needed
