Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across multiple teams in a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH. This position requires a strong Agile leader who can facilitate ceremonies, support PI planning, and drive continuous improvement while managing multiple Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile/Scrum teams

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Support and lead PI Planning activities and program level coordination

Remove impediments and help teams improve delivery and efficiency

Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and continuous improvement

Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment

Track and report on team progress, velocity, and delivery metrics

Foster strong collaboration and communication across teams

Support scaling Agile practices across the organization

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master

Experience supporting PI Planning and Agile Release Train (ART) activities

Proven xywuqvp experience managing and supporting multiple Scrum teams

Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks

Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices

Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem solving skills
