Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our sales and administrative operations. This role plays a critical part in managing documentation, processing titles and temporary tags, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring accurate and timely data handling across the department.
Key Responsibilities
Process vehicle titles and temporary tags accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of equipment purchases, sales, titles, and registrations
Organize, scan, and file documentation related to equipment transactions
Manage and track equipment inventory, including specifications, costs, and pricing
Generate sales orders and calculate applicable sales tax
Communicate with internal teams and customers via phone and email to collect and verify information
Provide administrative support and backup to the sales team as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic math skills, including percentages and calculations
Problem-solving ability and capacity to work with limited supervision
