Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead day to day IT operations and support the organization’s technology needs. This onsite role in Columbus, OH is ideal for a hands on IT leader who enjoys managing people, systems, and vendor relationships while ensuring reliable and secure IT services.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and user support

Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management

Ensure reliable operation of networks, servers, hardware, and business applications

Oversee help desk support and ensure timely issue resolution

Manage IT projects, system upgrades, and technology initiatives

Maintain IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Collaborate with leadership to align technology with business needs

Manage vendor relationships and third party service providers

Monitor system performance, security, and data protection

Ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems xywuqvp administration

Experience managing on premise environments and end user support teams

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Strong communication and leadership skills
