Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with a foundation in technology and/or manufacturing recruiting to join our Human Resources team in Taylor, TX. In this role, you will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across engineering, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions — helping Compal attract top talent in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and manufacturing roles including professional, engineering, quality, supply chain, IT, and operations
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles
Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, university partnerships, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support career fairs and campus recruiting events
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on workforce planning and headcount priorities
Qualifications
Required:
1–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in technology, electronics manufacturing, or a related industry
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proficiency with online sourcing platforms and job boards
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport with xywuqvp candidates and hiring managers alike
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred:
Experience recruiting for professional and/or technical roles
Exposure to high-volume recruiting environments is ideal
Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and affirmative action requirements
Prior experience supporting campus recruiting or university relations programs
