American Floor Cleaning (AFC) is expanding its team and looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our operations crew. As a General Labor Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, assisting technicians, and helping ensure every job runs smoothly.

What you’ll do:

Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning projects at client sites

Load, unload, and organize equipment and supplies

Support technicians during floor care, cleaning, and restoration jobs

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Learn new skills and techniques through on-the-job training
