POS Test Engineer

**Location:** Columbus, OH (Partial Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a POS Test Engineer for a contract position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of Point of Sale (POS) systems. This role requires a professional with a background in quality assurance and specific experience with POS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases for POS software and hardware.

- Identify, record, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality.

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.

- Provide status reports on testing activities.

Required Qualifications

**Experience:** Experience in a Quality Assurance or Test Engineer role is required.

**Technical Skills:** Demonstrable experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is necessary.
