What Youll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and optimize highquality CMM programs using ZEISS Calypso software (for a ZEISS Contura CMM 10/12/6 RDS with Vast XXT and a ZEISS Contura CMM 7/10/6 with Vast XT Gold)
Proof CMM programs and make necessary adjustments
Inspection planning, including ballooning drawings
Interpret and analyze CMM reports, measurement results, and part specifications
Support troubleshooting and validation activities to achieve FA qualifications quickly and efficiently
Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to make and measure parts correctly the first time
Provide insights and recommendations to improve accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency
What Youll Bring
Were looking for a CMM Programmer with the aptitude, willingness, and proactivity to excel in a fast-paced and growing manufacturing environment.
The skills needed:
3+ years of handson Calypso programming experience (required)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
Thorough understanding of dimensional metrology principles and applications
Competitive programming times
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
CMM inspection experience with curve forms, maximum material condition, and advanced GD&T (preferred, not required)
Familiarity with machining, especially 4- and 5-axis milling (preferred, not required)
