Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Civil Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to manage and litigate cases from inception through trial in both state and federal court. The right candidate will be organized, efficient, and confident in a fast-paced environment.

You will be supported by approximately one full-time legal secretary/paralegal to help streamline case handling and maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and file complaints

Prepare and respond to pleadings

Conduct and manage discovery

Attend hearings, depositions, and court appearances

Maintain ongoing communication with clients

Handle cases from intake through trial or resolutionIdeal Candidate Traits
