Description
Responsabilities:
Lead end-to-end Capex procurement: strategy, RFx, negotiation, and contracting
· Develop and execute category strategies aligned to cost, timeline, and business goals
· Leverage analytics, market intelligence, and cost modeling to identify savings and efficiency opportunities
· Build and manage supplier relationships for performance, continuity, and competitive pricing
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects on time and on budget
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related
· 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
· Experience managing or supporting multi-million-dollar ($10M+) Capex or indirect spend categories
· Proven ability to deliver measurable results (cost savings, cost avoidance, cash flow impact)
· Skilled in strategic sourcing, RFx, supplier negotiations, and spend analytics
Preferred Qualifications
· Manufacturing/industrial procurement experience
· Procurement of production equipment or capital projects
· Bilingual English/Spanish
· Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
