The Painter - 3 works as part of a team performing multiple duties related to the production of painted products.

Assigned tasks and teams will vary based on business needs.

* Ability to interpret and follow production orders.

* Familiarity with paint technology and quality standards.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate respectfully in a team setting.

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Manufacturing experience preferred.

* Related experience preferred.

* Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

* Training timeline for this position is up to 8 weeks.

* Perform preventative maintenance per established schedules and maintain good housekeeping.

* Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed.

* Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.

* Rotate to other positions as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
