Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Train and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver excellent service.
Implement and enforce health and safety policies.
Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
Maintain records of housekeeping activities and reporting to management.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Local candidates from Goa are preferred.
