In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of HR systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver value to stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Lead the integration of HR systems with other organizational platforms.
• Develop and mentor a team responsible for HR technology operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system needs and drive adoption.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current HR systems and recommend improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and security within HR systems.
• Provide technical support and training for Workday and other HR platforms.
• Analyze and report on HR system performance to inform decision-making.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging HR technologies.• Proven experience in HRIS system management and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Workday and other HR platforms.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a technology-driven environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS implementation and integration processes.
• Understanding of HR database management and data security.
