How You Will Make An Impact:
Lead and mentor a small team of validation engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective workload distribution
Own end-to-end validation efforts, including test planning, execution, and documentation within PLM systems
Drive test excellence by improving coverage, quality, and scalability across multiple projects
Design and implement advanced test strategies, including OTA update validation and data acquisition scenarios
Collaborate with OEM partners to support seamless integration of digital solutions from development through release
Develop automation tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and expand test coverage
Establish and maintain validation standards, including reporting, documentation, and test bench management
Partner with project stakeholders to track timelines, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with program goals
Are you a proven embedded systems validation leader ready to drive OTA and connected vehicle testing excellence?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
7+ years of experience in embedded systems validation or automotive/telematics testing
Advanced experience with OTA testing, including scenario design, edge case identification, and reliability validation
Strong expertise in embedded/device validation, including debugging complex system-level issues
Hands-on experience with CAN protocols (J1939, UDS) and tools such as CANalyzer or PCAN
Experience developing automation tools/scripts for test efficiency and scalability
Solid understanding of test strategy, coverage planning, and validation metrics
Familiarity with backend/cloud systems (Azure or AWS) for integration testing (basic level acceptable)
Experience working within Agile environments and PLM systems
Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and collaborate with external OEM partners
Strong documentation and communication skills
