We are seeking a skilled <\/span span span>Instrumentation Technician<\/span span b> <\/span>to support pharmaceutical production operations. This role is responsible for calibrating and maintaining a wide range of instrumentation, PLC, and equipment critical to ensuring manufacturing quality and compliance span span>

Key Responsibilities span span span b>
<\/p>
Calibrate instrumentation loops, controllers, recorders, transmitters, balances, and other production devices. Parameters include (but are not limited to) temperature, pressure, weight, force, and humidity span span span>
<\/li>
Perform corrective maintenance on electrical and electronic systems used in formulation equipment (e.g., tablet compressors, coaters, mills, blenders, weighing systems, fluid beds) span span span>
<\/li>
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspections, calibrations, and scheduled equipment overhauls span span span>
<\/li>
Troubleshoot equipment issues using analytical methods; identify root causes and implement effective, lasting solutions span span span>
<\/li>
Conduct both mechanical and electrical repairs, including adjustments and component fabrication span span span>
<\/li>
Support equipment installations and modifications as part of cross -functional project teams span span span>
<\/li>
Accurately document maintenance activities in logs, PM records, work orders, and permits span span span>
<\/li>
Respond to multiple maintenance issues simultaneously, adjusting priorities based on production needs span span span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or a Technical discipline span span>
<\/li>
Proven experience in equipment calibration and maintenance in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment span span span>
<\/li>
Thorough familiarity with the<\/span span> <\/span span span>analysis and repair of electrical/electronic control systems<\/span span b span span span>
<\/li>
Working knowledge of<\/span span> <\/span span span>pneumatic systems<\/span span b span span span>
<\/li>
Understanding of concepts used in<\/span span> <\/span span span>control system design and elementary programming<\/span span b> <\/span span span>is required<\/span span b span span span>

Knowledge in mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, instrumentation and controls span span span>
