Job Description*:

Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, particularly ServiceNow, with proven experience in its Change Management module and functionalities.

Practical application of the ITIL framework, specifically the Change Management process, its principles, roles, and best practices.

Experience with reporting and analytics tools within ServiceNow platform to extract, analyze, and present data related to change performance and compliance (e.g., change success rates, lead times).

Ability to interpret and apply technical documentation related to IT systems and services when evaluating change requests.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and interdependencies to effectively assess the impact and risk of proposed changes is a significant plus.

Certifications: ITIL v4 certified.
