Machine Operator (Water Jet) – Entry Level Training Provided

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as a Machine Operator. In this role, you will learn to operate water jet cutting equipment to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior water jet experience is required—training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate water jet cutting machines to produce parts based on work instructions

Load and unload materials onto machines and ensure proper setup

Monitor machine operation to ensure parts are produced accurately and efficiently

Perform basic measurements and visual inspections of finished parts

Assist with simple secondary tasks such as deburring and cleaning parts

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Communicate any issues with parts or equipment to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment and processes

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to read basic measurements (training provided if needed)

Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment

Ability to lift materials and be on your feet throughout the shift
