Greet customers, be the face of the company
Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Clerical tasks as assigned
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist upper management whenever necessary IDEAL CANDIDATE
2+ years of relevant experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word
Takes pride in being on time with great work attendance
Valid driver's license
Excellent computer skills
A positive, outgoing personality is a must
