Job Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Cleveland, Ohio (1 Day Hybrid)

Salary Range: $115,000 to $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Accounting Manager):

Oversee the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged items promptly

Partner with Tax and Audit teams to maintain compliance and support internal/external audits

Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and standardize practices across the business

Manage cross-functional relationships and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Accounting Manager):

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred

8+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience

Experience working in a global or shared services environment, ideally in manufacturing
