General Description
The Copilot Studio Developer Summer Intern will support Aircastle's adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools by assisting in the design, development, and enhancement of Copilot Studio agents and workflows. This role provides hands-on experience with generative AI, low-code development, Microsoft 365, and enterprise automation.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Assist in the development and configuration of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to support internal business use cases
Help design conversational flows, prompts, and logic using low-code / no-code tools
Support integration of Copilot agents with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and refining Copilot workflows and responses
Assist with documentation of Copilot use cases, configurations, and governance considerations Position Requirements
Formal Education and Certification
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Coursework or exposure to AI, automation, cloud technologies, or software development preferred Knowledge and Experience
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Basic understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar tools preferred)
Understanding of data privacy, security concepts, or governance principles is beneficial Competencies
