Accounts Receivable Manager

A well established construction company in Columbus is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead its billing and accounts receivable function. This role is well suited for a proven AR leader who is comfortable owning a billing operation end to end, managing a small team, and working closely with finance leadership.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a Billing or Accounts Receivable

Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience

Background in construction or services billing strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear communicator who works well cross functionally

Key Responsibilities:

Own and oversee all billing and accounts receivable operations

Lead, mentor, and support a team of 2+ direct reports

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing across the services department

Collaborate with operations, project management, and finance leadership

Prepare and present AR and billing metrics to senior leadership

Identify and implement process improvements as the business grows
