Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

Participate in patient assessments and assist with daily living activities.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the workplace.Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of Maryland.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
