We are actively hiring motivated individuals for a full-time Sales Trainee position focused on face-to-face sales, live event marketing, and customer acquisition.

This is an entry-level sales and marketing role with paid training provided. No prior sales experience required.

Sales Trainee Responsibilities

• Represent national brands at retail locations and live marketing events

• Engage with customers face-to-face to explain products and services

• Generate new customer acquisitions

• Assist with sales presentations and marketing campaigns

• Track daily sales performance and goals

• Develop leadership and business skills through hands-on training

This is not a remote position and not a call center role. This is in-person sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to work full-time in Charlotte, NC

• Reliable transportation

• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
