Video Content Creator

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Video Content Creator to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a creative and driven individual passionate about producing engaging video content and contributing to dynamic digital platforms. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality visual content, supporting storytelling initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced media environment.

Responsibilities:

Shooting and editing high-quality video content across multiple platforms

Creating engaging short-form and long-form video content

Collaborating with editorial, marketing, and commercial teams to execute creative ideas

Covering interviews, events, and branded content productions

Managing video projects from concept through to final delivery

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in videography and video editing

Strong editing skills using tools such as DaVinci Resolve or similar

Good understanding of framing, lighting, and visual storytelling

Familiarity with social media trends and video formats

Ability to work independently, manage projects, and adapt to feedback
