What You'll Do: The Office of Financial Affairs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrative professional to provide advanced support.

This role involves financial reporting, program coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties include: * Provide advanced administrative and secretarial support, including drafting reports and handling sensitive correspondence.

* Analyze, compile and summarize complex financial, payroll and operational data.

* Prepare and run financial and program reports.

* Coordinate and support the Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) program and related activities.

* Respond to inquiries from internal staff, local health departments and external partners.

* Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations, policies and procedures.

* Assist with quarterly timestudies, audits, and documentation for reimbursement.

* Maintain and update systems and ensure data accuracy.

* Provide technical assistance and guidance to agencies on reporting and system use.

* Participate in meetings, committees, and inter-agency collaborations.

* Track program performance and recommend process improvements.

* Support training efforts, conferences and program communications.

* Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, recordkeeping, invoicing and document management.
