- Handlle walk in customers professionally by finding out their needs and directing them to appropriate Client Advisers

- To respond to queries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customer's needs.

- Have to achieve individual referral targets to Client Advisers to maximize sales opportunities within the branch

- Ensure adherence to internal standards and controls

- Deliver services excellence through a customer-focused approach to enhance customer experience, build relationships

- Assist in filling up of various application form for customers

- Deal with customer face-to-face, or you might help them over the phone or by email

- Make time to engage with potential customers.

- Perform other related duties as assigned and required

Job Requirements

- Should be fluent in verbal/written English and Mandarin/Cantonese/Fukien

- Strong English / Mandarin communication skills (with at least neutral accent)

- Customer centric, energetic and lively personality

- High level of customer service

- Ability to work in a face paced customer facing environment

Salary Package : Php 35,000.00/month
