Lead Java Integrator- INTL India

We are seeking a Lead Java Integrator to design and build API-driven integration services that expose and orchestrate enterprise data across platforms such as SAP and Snowflake.

This role is highly hands-on and focused on building APIs backed by complex SQL and NoSQL queries, database modeling, and data integration logic.

This position does not require designing microservices architecture-the primary responsibility is API development and data integration, not distributed system design.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Java-based REST APIs using Spring Boot

Develop APIs that execute complex SQL and NoSQL queries to retrieve and transform data

Work directly with Snowflake and SAP data sources to expose data via secure, scalable APIs

Design and maintain database models supporting API and integration use cases

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot database queries for performance and accuracy

Lead API integration efforts across enterprise platforms and systems

Ensure API reliability, performance, and data integrity

Set and enforce coding standards and API best practices

Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to other developers

Pay Rate: $10.00-$13.00 an hour depending on skills and experience

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of backend development experience using Java

Strong experience building RESTful APIs with Spring Boot

Strong hands-on experience with:

SQL databases (writing and optimizing queries)

NoSQL databases and data modeling

Proven experience integrating with Snowflake data platforms

Experience working with SAP data and enterprise data sources

Solid understanding of database design and query performance

Ability to lead development efforts while remaining deeply hands-on

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in retail or supply-chain environments

Exposure to eCommerce or enterprise data integration

Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP preferred)

Experience supporting platform modernization initiatives
