Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Powell, OH

An immediate full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support for a kindergarten student in a school setting. This position runs through the remainder of the school year, from ASAP through May 28th, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Location: Powell, OH

Contract Duration: End of the current school year

Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized nursing care and support to a kindergarten student on a 1:1 basis

Monitor and manage the student's health needs throughout the school day

Collaborate with educational and medical staff to ensure the student's well-being and academic success

Maintain accurate and timely health records in accordance with school policies and regulatory standards

Provide emergency care and respond appropriately to health-related incidents

Desired Qualifications:

Active and valid LPN/LVN license

Experience working in school health settings is highly valued

Ability to work effectively with young children and support their unique health needs

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators and parents

Competence in handling medical equipment and procedures relevant to pediatric care
